Ingredients
- For the Chicken Layer:
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb Seasoning, to taste
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Nonstick cooking spray
- For the Soup Mixture:
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- For the Stuffing:
- 1 package Stove Top stuffing mix
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly coat a 9ร13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread the shredded rotisserie chicken evenly in the prepared baking dish. Season with Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb Seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth. Pour evenly over the chicken.
- Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions, then spread it evenly over the soup mixture.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for 10โ15 minutes until the stuffing is lightly golden and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
