Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3โ4 tablespoons milk, as needed
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
