Ingredients
- For the Chicken:

Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 15โ20 minutes.
- Grill or pan-cook chicken over medium heat until fully cooked. Slice into strips.
- Cook corn in a skillet with olive oil, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper until slightly charred. Finish with lime juice and cilantro.
- In a large bowl, add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper.
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make dressing.
- Assemble salad with chicken, street corn, and toppings.
