These Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potato Wedges are a healthy and delicious snack. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated with garlic, Parmesan, and fresh parsley for irresistible flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (for heat)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread wedges evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until wedges are golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the wedges and bake for an additional 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes. Serve warm.
