Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked or shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 6 small flour or corn tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place a tortilla on the pan.
- Add a layer of shredded cheese, then spread a portion of the chicken mixture on top.
- Press another small amount of cheese over the chicken and top with another tortilla or fold in half.
- Cook until crispy and golden, pressing lightly with a spatula.
- Flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and serve hot.
