This Creamy Cilantro Garlic Sauce with Jalapeños & Limes is bold, zesty, creamy, and packed with fresh flavor. Perfect as a dip, taco sauce, sandwich spread, or drizzle for grilled meats and veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro (stems and all)
- 1–2 limes, juiced
- 1–2 jalapeños, stems removed
- 5–10 cloves garlic
- 2 cups mayonnaise (Hellman’s or Duke’s preferred)
Instructions
- Add cilantro, lime juice, jalapeños, and garlic to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until finely chopped and combined.
- Add mayonnaise and blend again until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust lime juice, jalapeños, or garlic as desired.
- Transfer to a jar or airtight container and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

- Use fewer jalapeños for a milder sauce.
