Description

This Creamy Cilantro Garlic Sauce with Jalapeños & Limes is bold, zesty, creamy, and packed with fresh flavor. Perfect as a dip, taco sauce, sandwich spread, or drizzle for grilled meats and veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro (stems and all)
  • 12 limes, juiced
  • 12 jalapeños, stems removed
  • 510 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups mayonnaise (Hellman’s or Duke’s preferred)


Instructions

  1. Add cilantro, lime juice, jalapeños, and garlic to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until finely chopped and combined.
  3. Add mayonnaise and blend again until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust lime juice, jalapeños, or garlic as desired.
  5. Transfer to a jar or airtight container and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
