Description

These Chewy Cinnamon Swirl Snickerdoodle Blondies are rich, buttery, and packed with warm cinnamon flavor. With a soft blondie base and a sweet cinnamon swirl on top, theyโ€™re the perfect dessert for cinnamon lovers.


Ingredients

  • For the Blondie Base:
  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups (281g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • For the Cinnamon Swirl:
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  7. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar for the swirl.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over batter and gently swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes or until edges are golden and center is set.
  10. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
