These Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers are a sweet, spicy, and creamy appetizer with a gourmet twist. Fresh jalapeños are stuffed with rich brie cheese and topped with blueberry preserves, creating a perfect balance of heat, sweetness, and creaminess.
Ingredients
- 10 to 12 jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 6 to 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/3 cup blueberry preserves or fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- Place jalapeños on the baking sheet, cut side up.
- Fill each jalapeño half with a cube of brie cheese.
- Top each with a small spoon of blueberry preserves or a few fresh blueberries.
- Drizzle lightly with honey and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until jalapeños are tender and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped nuts, lemon zest, and fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve warm.

- For extra crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
