Description

Ultimate Cheesy Ground Beef Melt is a crispy, golden, and ultra-comforting sandwich packed with seasoned beef and a rich blend of melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Perfect for a quick lunch or easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices thick-cut bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir and remove from heat.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a clean skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add a layer of cheddar, then the cooked beef, then mozzarella cheese.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  7. Cook 3โ€“4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese is fully melted.
  8. Remove from heat, slice, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
