Description

A high-protein, low-carb twist on classic chicken parm! Crispy air-fried chicken nuggets are paired with creamy cottage cheese, marinara, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 serving Just Bare chicken nuggets, air-fried
  • 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Rao’s marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste


Instructions

  1. Air-fry chicken nuggets according to package instructions until golden and cooked through.
  2. Place chicken nuggets in a serving bowl.
  3. Top with cottage cheese, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste.
  5. Optional: place under broiler for 1–2 minutes to melt cheese before serving.
