Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz cream cheese

- Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated.
- Gradually add cake mix and mix until dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and coat in powdered sugar, then place on prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly and sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
- Bake for 10โ12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
