Description

Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Tacos are a fun and sweet dessert featuring a creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker shell. Perfect for parties or a special treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (50g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup (35g) chopped toasted pecans (optional)
  • Additional chopped strawberries for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream, mixing until creamy and fluffy.
  3. Fold in finely chopped strawberries gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Press mixture into taco molds or shape into small taco shells. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Fill the shells with cheesecake mixture.
  7. Optional: sprinkle with chopped toasted pecans and additional strawberries for garnish.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, omit pecans.
