Ingredients
- 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (50g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup (35g) chopped toasted pecans (optional)
- Additional chopped strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and heavy cream, mixing until creamy and fluffy.
- Fold in finely chopped strawberries gently.
- In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press mixture into taco molds or shape into small taco shells. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
- Fill the shells with cheesecake mixture.
- Optional: sprinkle with chopped toasted pecans and additional strawberries for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- For a nut-free version, omit pecans.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
