Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread, cubed (about 8 cups)
  • 1 ยฝ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh strawberries, whipped cream


Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. Layer half of the bread cubes in the bottom of the slow cooker, then sprinkle half of the sliced strawberries over the bread.
  3. Repeat with remaining bread and strawberries.
