Description

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs are an easy, family-friendly comfort food. Tender meatballs simmered in savory brown gravy with a hint of onion and Worcestershire sauce make for a hearty, crowd-pleasing meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs (about 30โ€“35 meatballs)
  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6โ€“7 hours or HIGH for 3โ€“4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and cold water to make a slurry and stir into the gravy to thicken.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
