Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef shoulder or beef butt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp water


Instructions

  1. Place beef in slow cooker.
  2. Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and cornstarch; pour over beef.
  3. Add pineapple chunks and green onion on top.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender and easy to shred.
