Description

Slow Cooker Million Dollar Pasta is a rich, cheesy, and comforting pasta casserole made with ground beef, a creamy cheese mixture, marinara sauce, and topped with gooey mozzarellaโ€”perfect for an easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 (24 oz) jars marinara sauce, divided
  • 1 (24 oz) jar filled with water
  • 1 (16 oz) box uncooked bowtie pasta
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Add half of the marinara sauce to the slow cooker, then stir in uncooked bowtie pasta and water.
  4. Add cooked ground beef and cheese mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 3โ€“4 hours, or until pasta is tender.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top, cover for 5โ€“10 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
