Slow Cooker Million Dollar Pasta is a rich, cheesy, and comforting pasta casserole made with ground beef, a creamy cheese mixture, marinara sauce, and topped with gooey mozzarellaโperfect for an easy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 (24 oz) jars marinara sauce, divided
- 1 (24 oz) jar filled with water
- 1 (16 oz) box uncooked bowtie pasta
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Add half of the marinara sauce to the slow cooker, then stir in uncooked bowtie pasta and water.
- Add cooked ground beef and cheese mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 3โ4 hours, or until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top, cover for 5โ10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Optional: garnish with fresh parsley or basil for color.
- Leftovers store well in the fridge for 3โ4 days.
- Can be made ahead by assembling in the slow cooker insert and refrigerating until ready to cook.
