Description

This Shrimp & Lobster Biscuit Pot Pie is creamy, cheesy, and utterly crave-worthy! Perfect for seafood lovers, it combines tender lobster and shrimp in a rich sauce with fluffy biscuit topping.


Ingredients

  • ยฝ lb cooked lobster meat
  • 1 ยฝ cups seafood stock
  • ยฝ lb shrimp
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives or parsley, fresh
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, fresh
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ยผ tsp black pepper
  • 18 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ยพ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ยฝ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • ยฝ cup heavy cream
  • โ…“ cup whole milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and sautรฉ onion, garlic, and celery until softened.
  3. Add seafood stock, heavy cream, milk, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Add shrimp and lobster, cooking until shrimp are opaque. Stir in cheddar cheese and fresh parsley.
  5. Prepare biscuit topping by combining flour, baking powder, butter, and seasoning. Drop spoonfuls over seafood mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Bake 15โ€“20 minutes until biscuits are golden and filling is bubbling.
  7. Garnish with chives or parsley and serve warm.
