Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked, broken up, and drained of grease
- ยฝ – 1 lb spaghetti pasta, cooked according to package instructions, drained, and rinsed
- 8 large eggs, beaten until smooth
- ยพ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked sausage and sautรฉ briefly.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir to combine with the sausage.
- Pour beaten eggs over the spaghetti and sausage mixture. Stir constantly until eggs are fully cooked and spaghetti is coated.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and continue cooking until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
