Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (approximately 3 cups)
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, milk, mixed vegetables, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour melted butter evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 30โ35 minutes until heated through and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
