Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ยฝ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ยฝ teaspoon onion powder
  • ยฝ teaspoon salt
  • ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ยฝ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers (like Ritz)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked egg noodles, peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, mix crushed butter crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
