Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ยฝ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ยฝ teaspoon onion powder
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ยฝ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers (like Ritz)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked egg noodles, peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed butter crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 25โ30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
