Description

Ritz Cracker Chicken is a crispy, buttery, and flavorful baked chicken dish made with a golden Ritz cracker crust. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner that the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 โ€“ 1/4 pounds lean boneless chicken breasts, pounded or sliced thin (approx 1/2 inch)
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 sleeve Ritz Butter round crackers (about 30), crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into cubes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Crush Ritz crackers in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the whisked eggs, then coat with the cracker mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and scatter butter cubes on top.
  5. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165ยฐF / 74ยฐC).
