Description

These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Tossed in a creamy ranch-parmesan marinade, theyโ€™re ideal for grilling or baking and perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • ยฝ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • ยผ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh parsley, chopped)
  • ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
  • ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional for extra tang)
  • For the skewers: 1 ยฝ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ranch dressing, parmesan, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
  3. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers evenly.
  5. Grill over medium heat for 10โ€“12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. Alternatively, bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 15โ€“18 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra parsley or parmesan.

Notes

  • Marinating longer intensifies the flavor.
  • Serve with rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
