These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Tossed in a creamy ranch-parmesan marinade, theyโre ideal for grilling or baking and perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.
Ingredients
- ยฝ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ยผ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh parsley, chopped)
- ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
- ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional for extra tang)
- For the skewers: 1 ยฝ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a large bowl, mix ranch dressing, parmesan, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).
- Thread chicken onto skewers evenly.
- Grill over medium heat for 10โ12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. Alternatively, bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 15โ18 minutes.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra parsley or parmesan.

- Marinating longer intensifies the flavor.
