These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for grilling. Packed with garlic, Parmesan, and a touch of spice, they make a crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken, cut into skewers
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat (375โ€“400ยฐF / 190โ€“200ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, paprika, ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 20โ€“30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 12โ€“15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan and fresh parsley over the cooked skewers. Serve warm.
