These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for grilling. Packed with garlic, Parmesan, and a touch of spice, they make a crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken, cut into skewers
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 1/2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat (375โ400ยฐF / 190โ200ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, paprika, ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 20โ30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 12โ15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan and fresh parsley over the cooked skewers. Serve warm.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Serve with ranch dipping sauce or over rice for a complete meal.
