Ranch Chicken Crock Pot Recipe is a creamy, effortless dinner where tender chicken breasts are slow-cooked in a flavorful ranch sauce with cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and optional cheddar cheese for added indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (optional for searing)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Optional: Sear chicken breasts in olive oil over medium heat 2–3 minutes per side for extra flavor.
  2. Place chicken in a crock pot.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over chicken breasts.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
  6. Optional: Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top in the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
