Description

This Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake is an easy, protein-packed dinner featuring cottage cheese, eggs, and mozzarella with a touch of turkey pepperoni for a healthy twist on pizza flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
