Description
One Pot Beefaroni is a classic comfort meal with zero fussโground beef, elbow macaroni, and a rich tomato sauce all cooked together for a hearty, cheesy dinner everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (lean or regular)
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth or water
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional, mozzarella, cheddar, or Italian blend)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic and sautรฉ for 2โ3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth (or water), and Italian seasoning.
- Add elbow macaroni and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10โ12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or garlic powder.
