Description

One Pot Beefaroni is a classic comfort meal with zero fussโ€”ground beef, elbow macaroni, and a rich tomato sauce all cooked together for a hearty, cheesy dinner everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (lean or regular)
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth or water
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional, mozzarella, cheddar, or Italian blend)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic and sautรฉ for 2โ€“3 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth (or water), and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add elbow macaroni and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10โ€“12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
