Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or mix with pork/turkey)
  • ยฝ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ยฝ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ยฝ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional glaze: garlic butter or marinara sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, Parmesan, milk, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
