Description
Melted Mozzarella & Ranch Chicken Bombs are bite-sized, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun dinner, these little bombs are crispy outside and melty inside.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and insert a piece of mozzarella into the center of each.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
Notes
- You can freeze unbaked bombs for later use.
- Substitute mozzarella with cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor.
- For crispier results, bake on a wire rack over the baking sheet.
