Description

This Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The perfect weeknight dinner that melts in your mouth with every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  4. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45โ€“50 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
