This Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The perfect weeknight dinner that melts in your mouth with every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup marinara sauce (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45โ50 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for more vibrant flavor.
- Optional: sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before baking for a cheesy crust.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat well.
