Description

Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken is a crispy, cheesy delight featuring tender chicken breasts coated in a flavorful Parmesan-panko crust and baked to perfection. Perfect for a family dinner or special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, and lemon wedges for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a small bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, mozzarella, melted butter, mayonnaise, parsley, and garlic powder to create the crust mixture.
  3. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Press each chicken breast into the crust mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 2โ€“3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15โ€“20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is crispy.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve warm.
