Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is the ultimate comfort meal combining all your favorite burger flavors—bacon, ground beef, cheddar, pickles—with creamy Alfredo sauce over pasta. Perfect for a rich, indulgent dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce, homemade or store-bought
- 1/3 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce, cooked pasta, and chopped pickles. Mix until well combined and heated through.
- Add cooked bacon and half of the shredded cheeses. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to swap in ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- Add sautéed onions or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat well.
