Description

Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is the ultimate comfort meal combining all your favorite burger flavors—bacon, ground beef, cheddar, pickles—with creamy Alfredo sauce over pasta. Perfect for a rich, indulgent dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 1/3 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Alfredo sauce, cooked pasta, and chopped pickles. Mix until well combined and heated through.
  4. Add cooked bacon and half of the shredded cheeses. Stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to swap in ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Add sautéed onions or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat well.
