Hot Honey Infused Feta Chicken is a simple, flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts topped with spicy-sweet hot honey and creamy feta cheese, garnished with fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or thyme)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Mix garlic, hot honey, and feta cheese, then spread evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with chopped rosemary (or thyme) and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
- Optional: drizzle with lemon juice before serving. Serve warm.
