Description

Hot Honey Infused Feta Chicken is a simple, flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts topped with spicy-sweet hot honey and creamy feta cheese, garnished with fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or thyme)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Mix garlic, hot honey, and feta cheese, then spread evenly over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary (or thyme) and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
  6. Optional: drizzle with lemon juice before serving. Serve warm.
