Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 2โ€“3 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour honey-hot sauce mixture over it, and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
  6. Bake for 20โ€“25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature 165ยฐF / 74ยฐC) and feta is slightly golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
