Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 2โ3 minutes per side until golden.
- Place chicken in a baking dish, pour honey-hot sauce mixture over it, and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature 165ยฐF / 74ยฐC) and feta is slightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
