- 4 large flour tortillas (warmed for folding)
- 4 small corn tortillas (for crunch layer)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup salsa (or pico de gallo)
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons ranch or chipotle mayo (optional)
- Optional add-ins: tomatoes, beans, corn, jalapeรฑos, guacamole
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and warm the shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
- Place a small corn tortilla on a large flour tortilla for the crunch layer.
- Add chicken, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and any optional add-ins on top.
- Fold the sides of the flour tortilla to form a wrap.
