Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sautรฉ onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add ground beef, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through.
- Divide the beef mixture among the hoagie rolls and top each with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Place under a broiler or in the oven for 2โ3 minutes until cheese is melted.
