Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
  2. Steam or sautรฉ broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
  3. In a small pan, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook on low heat until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Slice grilled chicken and assemble bowls with broccoli. Pour creamy garlic sauce over the top and serve.
