Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
- Steam or sautรฉ broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
- In a small pan, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook on low heat until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice grilled chicken and assemble bowls with broccoli. Pour creamy garlic sauce over the top and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top.
