These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are juicy, flavorful, and easy to prepare. Perfect for a family dinner with a cheesy, savory twist.
Ingredients
- 450 grams ground chicken
- 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 60 grams breadcrumbs
- 15 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 60 millilitres whole milk
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 25 grams grated mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into individual mini meatloaves or one large loaf.
- Optional: sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of each loaf.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25โ30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, brush meatloaves with a bit of tomato sauce or BBQ sauce before baking.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for 2โ3 days and reheated.
- Ground turkey or beef can be substituted for chicken if preferred.
