Description

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are juicy, flavorful, and easy to prepare. Perfect for a family dinner with a cheesy, savory twist.


Ingredients

  • 450 grams ground chicken
  • 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 grams breadcrumbs
  • 15 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 60 millilitres whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 25 grams grated mozzarella cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into individual mini meatloaves or one large loaf.
  4. Optional: sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of each loaf.
  5. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25โ€“30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, brush meatloaves with a bit of tomato sauce or BBQ sauce before baking.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for 2โ€“3 days and reheated.
  • Ground turkey or beef can be substituted for chicken if preferred.
