Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5โ€“7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add potato gnocchi, cooked chicken, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Stir to combine.
  5. Cook for 5โ€“7 minutes until gnocchi is tender and sauce has thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm.
