Description
French Dip Tortilla Roll-Ups are a fun twist on the classic sandwich, featuring thinly sliced roast beef, melted cheese, and a flavorful au jus sauce, all rolled into soft tortillas for an easy and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef (deli style or leftover)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder (for au jus)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (for au jus)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Brush tortillas with butter mixture on one side.
- Layer roast beef and shredded cheese on each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam side down in a baking dish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tortillas are slightly golden.
- Meanwhile, prepare au jus: In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
- Serve roll-ups with au jus for dipping.
Notes
- Can use leftover roast beef from dinner for convenience.
- Top with extra cheese before baking for a gooey finish.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 1–2 days and reheated gently.
