Description

French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups are a fun, easy twist on the classic French dip sandwich. These bite-sized roll-ups are filled with roast beef, provolone, and crispy onions, served with a flavorful Au Jus dip.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas, about 12 inches in diameter
  • 8 slices provolone cheese, thinly sliced
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef, freshly sliced
  • 1 cup French fried onions, store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Au Jus Dip:
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) beef consommรฉ
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Lay tortillas flat and layer with provolone, roast beef, and French fried onions. Roll tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces if desired.
  3. Place roll-ups on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and tortillas are slightly golden.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare Au Jus dip: In a small saucepan, combine beef consommรฉ, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Heat until warm.
  5. Serve roll-ups warm with Au Jus dip on the side.
