Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake 10โ€“12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack.
