Description
Easy French Dip Sliders are perfect for dinner or parties! Juicy deli roast beef is layered on sweet rolls, topped with provolone, and served with a savory homemade au jus for dipping.
Ingredients
- 14 oz deli roast beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 ยฝ tbsp dried onion soup mix
- 1 packet Au jus gravy mix
- ยผ tsp black pepper
- ยผ tsp kosher salt
- 12 sweet rolls
- 11 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 slices provolone cheese
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ onion, parsley, and thyme until fragrant and soft.
- Add roast beef to the skillet and stir to warm through.
- Prepare au jus gravy mix according to package instructions using water and onion soup mix.
- Slice sweet rolls and layer with beef and provolone cheese. Place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 10โ12 minutes until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
- Serve sliders with warm au jus on the side for dipping.

- Use leftover roast beef for a quick weeknight dinner.
