Description

Easy French Dip Sliders are perfect for dinner or parties! Juicy deli roast beef is layered on sweet rolls, topped with provolone, and served with a savory homemade au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz deli roast beef
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 ยฝ tbsp dried onion soup mix
  • 1 packet Au jus gravy mix
  • ยผ tsp black pepper
  • ยผ tsp kosher salt
  • 12 sweet rolls
  • 11 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10 slices provolone cheese
  • 3 cups water


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ onion, parsley, and thyme until fragrant and soft.
  3. Add roast beef to the skillet and stir to warm through.
  4. Prepare au jus gravy mix according to package instructions using water and onion soup mix.
  5. Slice sweet rolls and layer with beef and provolone cheese. Place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 10โ€“12 minutes until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  7. Serve sliders with warm au jus on the side for dipping.
