Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Lo Mein noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ยผ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Cook Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add bell peppers, carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
  5. Add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
