Description

Crockpot Brownies Pudding is a decadent and easy dessert. Moist brownie layer topped with creamy chocolate pudding, perfect for cozy nights and crowd-pleasing treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (~15 oz) brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs (or as directed on brownie mix box, using water and oil if needed)
  • ยฝ cup (118 ml) vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) water
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 2 cups (474 ml) milk, regular or nonfat
  • Optional: ice cream or whipped cream for serving


Instructions

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to box instructions using eggs, oil, and water.
  2. Pour brownie batter into greased slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour pudding mixture over brownie batter in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2โ€“3 hours, until the edges are set and the center is mostly firm.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • Do not overcook; the dessert should remain moist and pudding should stay creamy.
