Ingredients

  • 3โ€“4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat chicken breasts dry and coat each in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
