Ingredients
- 3โ4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and coat each in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 2โ3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to the baking sheet and bake for 15โ20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, sautรฉ minced garlic in a small pan with a bit of olive oil until fragrant to make garlic sauce.
- Drizzle garlic sauce over baked chicken and serve warm.
