Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably seasoned)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: one plate with flour, one bowl with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumb mixture.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5โ7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and drain on paper towels. Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra crispiness, bake coated chicken at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 10โ12 minutes after frying.
