Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking oil, for frying


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station: one plate with flour, one bowl with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumb mixture.
