Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Pour milk into a shallow bowl. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in milk, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to adhere.
- Place chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake 20โ25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
