Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts or chicken tenders, cut into strips
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray for coating


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into the eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15โ€“20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2โ€“3 minutes.
