Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1โ€“2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and brush with melted butter and olive oil. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30โ€“35 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and sauce is bubbly.
