Ingredients
- 2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1โ2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and brush with melted butter and olive oil. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Bake uncovered for 30โ35 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and sauce is bubbly.
- Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
