- 1 ยฝ cups ditalini pasta (uncooked)

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery; sautรฉ 4โ5 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Stir in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Add ditalini pasta and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. Heat through but do not boil.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
